Do you offer gift packaging on your site?

Yes, we do. Gift packaging is included in the checkout options. We package gifts in signature Tea style. Gifts are wrapped in holiday red tissue paper and a kraft box, finished off with a beautiful ribbon and Tea sticker. Your gift message is hand written on a Tea logo card and tucked inside the gift box. Gift boxes are then shipped in a larger box to protect your gift packaging during shipment.

Gift packaging can be ordered when you choose your shipping method. You may ship ship via Overnight, 2-day and Standard Ground services plus gift box/card. Gift packaging adds $5.00 to the shipping service.

If your package is a gift but you do not wish to purchase gift packaging, you can send a complimentary gift message that will print on the packing list that is included with each order.

Prices are never printed on packing lists so these also serve as gift receipts.

Can I return a gift?

Gifts purchased from teacollection.com are eligible for exchanges or for a credit on the Tea Collection website. If your gift came from Teacollection.com it will include a Tea Return/Exchange form.

If you can no longer find your return/exchange form you can reprint it here. If you would like to exchange a gift, you just need to fill out this form and send it, along with the items, back to Tea. Is my child eligible to become a Tea Collection model?

Occasionally Tea Collection will do a local casting call. We only select a few children each year from the Bay Area in San Francisco. If you would like to receive information during our next casting call, please sign up on our Stay in Touch list and you will receive periodic updates from Tea Collection, including information about our next casting call. Please keep in mind, though, we hold casting calls only 2 times per year or less depending on need.

Is the merchandise that appears online the same as the merchandise found in stores?

Each new season, we post the entire collection online. Our retailers also carry part of the line each season. When we are out of stock on a particular item, it can often be found at a local retailer. There is a link to find retailers on every product page of the site and at the bottom of every page.

What if the Tea Collection retailer near me doesn’t carry the styles that I want?

If your retailer does not carry the style that you are looking for, many of them will gladly special order your request. It’s possible they would charge a small fee to cover the cost of shipping the item. You can find a retailer who carries the style you are looking for by using the “Buy at Store” button on our web page featuring the style you are interested in.

Does Tea Collection clothing tend to run large or small?

Tea Collection clothing tends to run about the same size as most children’s clothing. However, since size is hard to define, we recommend you use our size chart as it is specific to our sizes.
