Placing Orders

We always encourage you to visit our retailers. They will be able to offer you a more personal service. However, you are also welcome to make purchases through Tea Collection directly on TeaCollection.com or via phone at (866) 374-8747. Due to constantly changing stock availability, we do not accept mail-order requests.

Prices

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars.

Accepted forms of payment

Tea Collection requires payment with a credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and debit cards with the Visa or Mastercard logos. Credit cards must be issued in the U.S.A.

We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment.

Credit Card Authorization

Orders will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When an order is placed Tea Collection will authorize your credit card to verify the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some card companies, the funds become unavailable after authorization. However, your account will not be charged until the order actually ships. If the order is canceled, the hold on these funds is released. The time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card. It is usually in less than 1 week.

Search

TeaCollection.com offers two ways to find items. You may browse through our categories such as Boys, Infant, Sweaters. Or you can type a keyword into our search box. Keywords will return any item that has that keyword in the name of the item or the description. Keywords are not case-sensitive, but they do need to be spelled correctly.

Gift Wrap

Gift packaging is included in the checkout options. We package gifts in signature Tea style. Gifts are wrapped in brown tissue paper and a kraft box, finished off with a beautiful ribbon and Tea sticker. Your gift message is hand written on a Tea logo card and tucked inside the gift box. Gift boxes are then shipped in a larger box to protect your gift packaging during shipment.

Gift packaging can be ordered when you choose your shipping method. You may ship ship via Overnight, 2-day and Standard Ground services plus gift box/card. Gift packaging adds $5.00 to the shipping service.

If your package is a gift but you do not wish to purchase gift packaging, you can send a complimentary gift message that will print on the packing list that is included with each order.

Prices are never printed on packing lists so these also serve as gift receipts.
