Inventory Status

If the product you are searching for is not currently found online, it may not be available through TeaCollection.com at this time. Please use our “store locator” to find a retailer who purchased that item. You can then contact the retailer to see if the item is in stock.

When shopping, the sizes and color currently available for each item will be listed in the drop-down menus for you to select and add to your shopping bag.

By placing an item in your shopping bag, the item is not reserved. Items are reserved after the checkout process is completed. This may result in an unavailable item being listed as in-stock or low-stock. We will send you an e-mail if this happens to your order.

If an item is listed as back-ordered, the item is currently not available for shipping but will ship as soon as it becomes available. You will not be charged for the item until it ships. If the item ships separately from the original order, you will not be charged for shipping a second time.

You have the option of canceling a back-ordered item any time before it ships. Please call (866) 374-8747 between 9am and 6pm PST or email at service@teacollection.com and we will be happy to help you.
