From your measurements, it looks like your daughter would fit into a size 3 now but it never hurts to go up a size so she can wear the dress for longer.

Would you expect this dress to shrink at all?

Hi Kendra, Our clothes are pre-shrunk, so we do not expect the Peace Dove Dress to shrink drastically. As this is a natural fiber, there can be shrinkage if it is washed and dried in high heat. To avoid shrinking, it is best to hang dry our clothes.
