Adorable but SMALL
These shoes are beautiful in person and seem to be of very high quality. I found them to be incredibly small though. My 2-year-old just moved into a size 9 (and can even fit into most of her 8s) and these 9s were extremely hard to get her semi-wide feet into. Her toe is already at the tip of the shoe and while I expect that she'll get wear out of them this fall, I don't think they'll last through the winter/spring. I also would've preferred that the size 9 not have a strap across the top of the foot (that too is very snug on her) though that isn't a deal breaker. So, in summary, beautiful shoe but I highly recommend sizing up at least one size, especially if your child has wide feet.
