Tea Collection is dedicated to serving the little citizens of the world through charitable donations. We appreciate the opportunity to participate in your event with a donation of Tea Collection items. Please review our guidelines below and submit a donation request form.
Selection Criteria:
- Proceeds must benefit children.
- Organization must work with causes that benefit children.
- Organization must have a Tax ID#
- Donation request should be for a specific event.
- Must provide a Thank You letter with all required details for tax purposes within 2 weeks after event. (Please see below for letter requirements.)
Process:
- Fill out donation form online 2 months prior to the date you need to either receive the items or receive the information about the items (to print in a program/booklet for example), whichever is earlier.
- Allow 2 weeks to hear back about your donation status (approval/denial) via email.
If donation request is granted:
- If your donation is approved, we will ship items from our warehouse in California, and you will receive a confirmation email. We ship UPS ground. Shipping will take approximately 2 weeks.
- Provide a tax letter within 2 weeks after the date of your event. Tax letter must include the following information:
- Name of your organization, event, and the organization the proceeds benefit
- Tax ID #
- Total retail $ value for the items Tea donated
- Description of items that Tea donated to the event
Terms and Conditions:
- There are no returns or exchanges of donated product, whether donated by Tea or purchased for the purpose of using as a donation.
- Donations are considered on a first come, first serve basis, based on date donation is submitted, not on the date of the actual event.
- Products must be selected from those on the line sheets provided.
- Donations subject to our budgetary constraints. Once our donation budget is exhausted, we will not be able to honor requests.
Tax Letter Information:
In order to qualify for a tea donation, you must be able to provide a letter with the following information listed in the letter: tax ID, Tea Collection name, total retail value of our donation. The letter must include the dollar retail value of the clothing and indicate that we donated it to your organization.

If you would like additional items for your donation event, the proceeds of which will fully go to charity, you may purchase product from Tea if you have a re-sale license. Please note there are no returns or exchanges of merchandise, either purchased or donated. Please contact marketing@teacollection.com for any further information.
