If you are having trouble changing pages on our site, logging in or checking out, please read the following troubleshooting ideas.
Accepting Cookies
Your browser must be set to receive cookies. A cookie is a small piece of information that is stored by your browser on your computer's hard drive or in its memory. Our site uses cookies to increase the speed for checkout. We don’t use them to collect any personal information from you. To check if you are allowing cookies:
- From any website page click on the “Tools” menu at the top of the screen.
- Select “Internet Options”
- Click on the Privacy tab at the top of the dialog box
- Set the Privacy Meter to the “Medium High” setting or below
- Click “Okay”
- You can return to the privacy meter at any time to adjust your settings after you’ve left our site.
Clearing Your Cache
If this doesn’t fix the problem, try clearing your “Temporary Internet Files”.
Web browsers store information on websites you’ve visited until you delete them. You are having trouble viewing a website, removing these Temporary Internet Files often solves the problem. This is called “clearing your cache’. To clear your cache, please do the following:
- From any website page click on the “Tools” menu at the top of the screen.
- Select “Internet Options”
- In the middle of the dialog box, click on “Delete Cookies”
- Then click on “Delete Files”.
- These two steps can take a minute or two if you have a lot of files to remove
- Click “Okay”
- Close your browser and re-open and try using the TeaCollection.com site again.
If you are still having problems, then make sure your browser software is compatible. TeaCollection.com is compatible with all current software systems but may have some troubles with older ones.
Compatible Browsers
Check to be sure your computer software is current. We recommend using Netscape 6.23 or later, or Microsoft IE 5.01 or later. For AOL users, we recommend the “6.0 and above” AOL client for PCs or the 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, or 9.0 AOL client for Macs.
Browser Requirements
To make a purchase from TeaCollection.com, you must use a browser that is SSL-compliant and has a secure mode. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice an unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser application.
