excellent twirl factor!
As with all Tea dresses, the fabric and construction are top-notch. Both mom and daughter are happy with fit and style. The blue with white dots goes well with many different colored leggings. Looser fit, but not sloppy which will work for more than the current season (always a plus!).

Love this dress!
The full skirt on this dress is so much fun! I love the classic polka dots. It is mature for Tweens but also playful. The super soft cotton makes it extremely comfortable. Fits slightly large through the waist.
