Tea's Wholehearted Promise

At Tea, we sweat the details so you don't have to. We stand by our product proudly, unconditionally, unabashedly. Speaking of details:

  • You can return any Tea product purchased on teacollection.com any time for any reason. Sale items too.
  • Within 60 days of your original purchase—we will gladly provide a full credit card refund.
  • After 60 days from your original purchase, we will gladly provide store credit on teacollection.com.

Once we receive the original item(s), you will receive a credit in the amount paid (excluding any shipping costs). Please allow 2-3 weeks for Tea to refund your credit card upon receipt. Gift orders are eligible for exchange only. At this time, we cannot accept returns for items purchased from a retailer other than teacollection.com

Frequently asked questions about returns/exchanges:

  • Do I have to pay to send items back for a return/exchange?

    Yes. At this time you have to pay to send returns back to Tea, but you will get free shipping on exchange orders. We suggest using SmartLabel, which is a flat rate of $7 which will be deducted from your return refund.

  • Can I return individual items from a Set?

    No. we're so sorry but to return a piece from a set, the entire set must be returned.

  • How long will it take to process my refund?

    It will take approximately 2 - 3 weeks to process your refund.

  • How long will it take to process my exchange order?

    Tea does not place exchange orders for you. If you select "exchange" when filling out our online return form you will be emailed a free shipping code, and you can place your exchange order on our site. This way, you can be sure that the items you want are in stock.

  • How are gift recipients credited?

    If you are returning items that you received as a gift you will receive a store credit in the amount that the gift giver paid for the item. This store credit does not expire and can be used towards any future orders on teacollection.com. If you want to exchange an item we will apply your store credit towards your exchange order. If your exchange order costs more than your return, please enclose your credit card information and we will charge the remaining balance to your card.

  • What do I do if Tea made a mistake with my order?
