Do these have an adjustable waistband? If not, how wide is the waist on the size 2? My kid is pretty skinny and most pull ons in her normal size just fall off of her.

Hi Melissa! The Paperbag Shorts do not have an adjustable waistband. The size 2 would have a relaxed measurement (from left to right) of 8 3/8". You will need to double that for the full circumference. Hope this helps!
