CPSIA Compliance Reports

The CPSIA stands for the Consumer Products Safety Improvement Act of 2008. The purpose is to "establish consumer product safety standards and other safety requirements for children's products and to reauthorize and modernize the Consumer Product Safety Commission." All of our factories conduct testing to meet all applicable rules, bans, regulations and standards under the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) or any other Act enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission.
