Great for skinny waists, just size down
This is my 2nd summer I've bought TEA's swim shorts. I've got 4 and 7 year old boys with SKINNY waists. Other swimsuits were always falling down on them. I love that TEA's suits have functional drawstrings. But, the waist is already pretty snug, that I don't even end up needing to using the drawstring most of the time. Also, the drawstring is high quality. I would recommend sizing 1 size down though. My boys are average/tall and my 7 year old wears the 6, my 4 year old wears the 3. The full length short was prefect length. Not too long.
