Super Cute!
This has quickly become one of my daughters favorite dresses. It is super cute on her! It is lightweight, making it great for transition from summer to fall. Currently she wears bikers under it but it will look cute with leggings under it as shown in the stock photos.
I bought my almost 4 year old (stats 36ish lbs and 41inches, I think) a size 4. It is a little short with length and if her arms are bent the sleeves look a little short, but I think if I sized up, it would be too small.
