This two-piece set is made of the softest 100% cotton poplin that feels so light and airy. The top features cute ruffle cap sleeves, an easy-fit elastic neckline, and below low hip length. The bloomers are also extra comfy with an elastic waist and elastic leg opening. Matching family styles are available in our Sibling Shop.

Love!!

Exactly as pictured. Super cute. Bought four dresses for my daughter and her cousins (size 3-6, 6-9, 3T, 4T) all perfect. Definitely need to be steamed, ironed and/or dry cleaned before wear. I am steaming ours. Note to Tea Collection - why don’t you have a massive bow collection?!
