Playful Party Twirler

Sometimes when I am perusing the TEA catalog, a color and design just hit me as exceptionally intriguing for my 5- and 3-year-old granddaughters. Naturally, I purchase and ship them to their doors immediately. I received videos from San Jose and Austin on the same day showing the two girls spinning and smiling in this new dress. You must know this dress is a hit. A lot of thought, consideration, creativity, and care in construction go into every wardrobe choice TEA offers.
