Fun and sturdy
My 3 year old daughter loves her tutu. We've had it for months now and she often chooses this in the morning. She's never complained about scratchiness. It's surprisingly sturdy too - dozens of washes, playing in parks, falling and running into things, and not a single tear in the tulle. Definitely recommend.

Close, but not perfect
LOVE the idea of a soft cotton roll over waist band!
HOWEVER, inside the skirt where the waist band, skirt layers, and elastic are sewn together is this massively thick seam that is scratchy and uncomfortable. No way to keep it flat or protruding into my daughter.
If there was a way to finish it off without that being shown/felt, maybe a sturdier fabric, these would totally be the best, softest, wear anytime tutu skirts around.
