Cute but tight sleeves
I bought this romper in the 18-24 mo size for my 18-mo-old daughter (I believe she's around 32" tall and 22 lbs). It has a little room to grow, but the sleeves on this romper (and the other long-sleeved rompers I bought) are SO tight that we can barely roll them up or push them up off her hands during meal times, hand washing, etc. She is not a chonky kid, so if your little one has those adorable wrist rolls, you might want to skip the long-sleeved rompers. The fabric is knit but not really stretchy at all.
